What should an enquiry to Sencutt include?
The purpose, channel and deadline are enough to get started. If you already have raw footage, a script or existing videos, mention them too. You don’t need a finished concept: the concept and shot list are part of the production. For a website, your business, goal and deadline are enough.
Who will answer my enquiry?
Enquiries to Sencutt are answered directly by the owner, not by a sales team. Sencutt is owner-run: follow-up questions, conversation and quote all come from the same person.
When will I get a quote?
After the first conversation. Sencutt prices each project individually, based on scope: for videos, for example, the amount of filming and the number of versions; for websites, the number of pages and features. You then receive a concrete proposal with a quote.
Can I also use the form to enquire about a website or the Sencutt App?
Yes. In the form, under ‘What would you like to create?’, choose ‘Website / web design’ or ‘Access to the Sencutt App’. If you haven’t decided yet, pick ‘Not sure yet’. Find out more about websites on the web design page.
